Mehak Alam is passionate about education, learning design, and capacity building. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and volunteering with organisations focused on education, community development, and social impact.

As an Assistant at CERP’s Learning Hub, Mehak supports the delivery and execution of capacity building programmes, including coordinating and facilitating training initiatives, learning interventions, market research, and strategic planning. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Politics and Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Prior to joining CERP, she worked as a Peer Support Associate in the Office of the Dean at MGSHSS, LUMS, where she developed accessible academic support resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
