Arsham M. Bari is a Fulbright Scholar with a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University. Her work applies systems thinking to the intersection of law and policy, emphasizing strengthening implementation strategies and institutional effectiveness, particularly in areas related to displacement, minority protection, and gender equity.
She brings experience in research, program design, capacity building and evaluation across Pakistan and international contexts, contributing to initiatives focused on governance, social inclusion and rights based development. Building on this foundation, her current work focuses on strengthening the production and use of high quality data for research and decision making.
