Mehmil Zulfiqar is passionate about qualitative research and public health, with strong interests in social development and policy impact. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys exploring literature and arts, alongside creative writing.

After completing her Master of Science in Public Health from Al-Shifa School of Public Health, Mehmil began her career in healthcare management, serving as Deputy Manager at Alshifa Trust Eye Hospital and later as Program Manager at the Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) Foundation, where she managed a network of 3,000+ volunteers and led over 100 public awareness campaigns & 40+ screening camps. In 2025, she joined CERP, contributing to research and analytics on the GSMA project. Her role focuses on qualitative data collection, thematic analysis, and designing research tools to strengthen evidence-based insights.
