Dr. Atif Mian awarded the prestigious Guggenheim Fellowship in Economics 2021

The prestigious Guggenheim Fellowship in Economics has been awarded this year to Dr. Atif Mian, Co-founder and Board Member CERP, and currently John H. Laporte, Jr. Class of 1967 Professor of Economics, Public Policy, and Finance, at Princeton University. The John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation awards the Guggenheim Fellowship to a select few individuals who have already demonstrated exceptional capacity for productive scholarship or exceptional creative ability in the arts. Since its establishment in 1925, it has granted nearly $400 million in Fellowships to over 18,000 individuals, among whom are more than 125 Nobel laureates, members of all the national academies, winners of the Pulitzer Prize, Fields Medal, Turing Award, Bancroft Prize, National Book Award, and other internationally recognised honours. https://www.gf.org/announcement-2021/
