October 7, 2021- CERP Executive Education and The Training Management and Research Wing,SGA&CD Government of Sindh signed an MoU to enhance evidence-based policymaking in Pakistan as part of its Building Capacity to Use Research Evidence (BCURE) programme. In this programme, policymakers and policy implementers are trained to use research evidence and rigorous data to inform their decisions.
The MoU was signed by CERP’s President and CEO, Maroof Ali Syed and Tameezuddin Khero, Secretary Training Management & Research. Rafique Mustafa Sheikh, Chief Instructor at TMR Wing, Amna Aaqil, Director Executive Education at CERP and Imran Zia, Executive Vice President Business Development at CERP Analytics also attended the event.
The Training Management & Research Wing, SGA&CD is established to impart training to the officers coming through Competitive Examination of SPSC. Apart from these trainings, this wing ensures conduct of quality research for better training purposes.
The TMR Wing, SGA&CD is preparing officers / officials for better public service delivery and management in public sector through improved techniques, knowledge and skills.
