The last week of March was an eventful time at CERP, as we attended career fairs across three universities in Lahore. CERP was part of the career fair at Lahore School of Economics, Lahore University of Management Science, and Forman Christian College, Lahore.
CERP experienced a combined footfall of 700+ students, who were interested in learning more about CERP’s verticals and about projects we are working on in the development sector. CERP’s core focus lies on building professional work experience, teamwork, cultural proficiency, and networking.
During the career fair, CERP HR explained how the recruitment process works and what it takes to be successful at CERP for students in the final year of their degree programme.
